Each piece is handmade in small batches, this means lots of love is added to every mug, but also that there will be slight variations between each piece. Be sure to read the description for each piece to make sure you understand the estimated size, volume, and style.

Yes! Everything can safely be used in the microwave or dishwasher, just handle with care.

Note: If you are purchasing an imperfect piece please be sure to read the description fully as some of these pieces may not be dishwasher/microwave safe.

Each piece will ship within one week of ordering. Exact shipping time varies by location but will typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of mailing.

Local to Seattle? Great! Skip on shipping costs by selecting “store pickup” at checkout. There isn’t a physical store for Trade Winds Ceramics but local delivery will be arranged via email after your order is placed.

Yes! I am always excited about international orders and have shipped to Europe and Asia in the past. Shipping costs are calculated at check out but please keep in mind that this does not include any import taxes or duties that are assessed by the destination country.
